Booking your session
A session is secured with a $250 session fee.
This covers:
Payments
After your session is booked, you’ll choose your package. Final payment is due before your session
No images will be delivered until full payment has been received. Payment plans may be available — just reach out and we can chat.
Rescheduling & cancellations
Life happens — especially with kids. Sessions can be rescheduled with reasonable notice. If you need to cancel, your session fee is non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date where possible. In the case of weather or something outside of our control, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost
During your session
My sessions are relaxed and child-led. I don’t expect perfect behaviour, in fact, I don’t want it. By booking, you trust me to guide your session in a way that feels natural and reflects your family as you are.
Image selection & delivery
A selection gallery will be provided after your session. You’ll choose your images based on your package. Final images are delivered once selections are made and paid for. Final galleries are delivered within up to 4 weeks of selection and payment.
Editing style
My work is consistent with the style shown across my website and social media. By booking, you are agreeing to:

Your privacy matters.
I will never share your images without your consent. If you do give permission, images may be used for:

Location & safety
Sessions may take place outdoors or in studio. While I always prioritise safety, clients participate at their own risk, particularly in natural environments (beach, bush, uneven ground, etc.).

Your gallery will remain available for a limited time. It is your responsibility to:

- Sharing your images
